This wonderful vegan, cruelty free and natural clarifying shampoo made with organic coconut oil, herbs and antibacterial, antifungal organic tea tree oil will leave your hair soft and shiny with natural vitality. With a mild cleansing agent (made from corn sugar) and plant-derived conditioners, people find they do not need a separate conditioner with this shampoo. The gentle detergent cleanses effectively but does not dry the scalp and the botanical conditioning ingredients such as flake-fighting tea tree, strengthening horsetail, reparative aloe vera juice, conditioning vitamin-rich coconut oil and biodynamic nettle for scalp health replenish goodness to the hair and scalp.

The best shampoo I have ever used. I like the herbal one too, but this one seems to suit my hair best. This does not strip my hair and does not build up on the hair at all. If I ever have to borrow someone else's mainstream shampoo I absolutely hate it! I follow the instructions - leaving the shampoo in the hair for a bit before rinsing - but I do find two applications work best for me. The first, a small amount just on the scalp, just helps the second small application to lather better through to the ends. I usually do not need an ordinary conditioner even though I have long hair and it has always been very prone to tangling. I do apply a small amount of hair oil (from a different different organic company) to the end sections of my wet hair just prior to shampooing . I find this gives the drier ends a bit of help and makes brushing easier. I also do have another brand of organic conditioner to use if my hair really needs it - but to be honest I hardly use it. I will never buy another shampoo as long as this is available. I also bought this as a present for my brother in law who has a problem with dry, itchy scalp and he was thrilled with it - soft hair, soothed scalp and no more dry bits. He now buys nothing else. Highly recommend.
