Product Description
Mani are passionate about creating delicious tastes while remaining organic in their practices. Every single jar passes the standards of the Soil Association to earn it official organic certification. Each jar of their olive mix uses organically-procured Kalamata olives which are naturally cured for six months. After curing, the olives marinated in a rich extra virgin olive oil seasoned liberally with aromatic oregano. The incredible taste of these olives works perfectly in a salad or as a topping for a meat dish.

Delicious olives - great flavour and texture, similar to ones we ate in Crete (unlike the mushy bland ones from the supermarket) Great for pizzas, salads and pasta dishes - especially if you're vegan and want that pop of flavour.
