Super tasty, and something a bit different from your regular noodles

I cooked and rinsed these as instructed, but found they stuck firmly together (not surprisingly, given that buckwheat flour it makes a super sticky batter and egg substitute). Not sure how anyone managed to use them for stirfry. They are OK in soups, though, which is how I finished the pack. Won't be buying again.
