I cooked and rinsed these as instructed, but found they stuck firmly together (not surprisingly, given that buckwheat flour it makes a super sticky batter and egg substitute). Not sure how anyone managed to use them for stirfry. They are OK in soups, though, which is how I finished the pack. Won't be buying again.

I love these noodles, if you don't like the taste of buckwheat don't worry the buckwheat taste isn't very strong.

Whole family love them, boys 4 and 7 especially, very good value comparing retail prices. You don't even need to cook them, just poor hot water, split them and wait for appr.6 min.
