IBIS farmers grow a long grain jasmine rice variety known locally as phka rumdoul, voted as the best rice in the world. This is jasmine rice in its classic form, polished white for the most fragrant and luxurious experience, with a slightly sticky and fluffy texture. Cook like any other long-grain rice.
Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soya, palm oil, GM ingredients, artificial preservatives, artificial flavours, and artificial colours. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

About IBIS
IBIS Rice was founded by the Wildlife Conservation Society to save the critically endangered giant ibis, Cambodia’s national bird - believed to have been extinct for almost 50 years until a camera trap captured a photo of one in 2000. IBIS is committed to wildlife-friendly farming resulting in reducing local deforestation by 75%. They also pay farmers 70% above market value for their rice which supports local communities.
