Product Description
This delicious meat alternative by Fable is great for using in any meal, use in the same ways as braised beef, pulled pork or even for burgers. Made with natural ingredients including Shiitake mushrooms, coconut oil and soy protein. It is 100% plant-based and high in fibre, pre-biotics and packed full of nutrients.
If added to sauces or soups, please do so after the product has been browned. If braising, product can be added straight into the liquid and simmer for 10 minutes to become tender.
Free from dairy, gluten, wheat, palm oil, GMO’s no added sugar, artificial flavours, artificial colours, and artificial preservatives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
