Soap nuts are the fruit of the Sapindus family of trees - full of naturally occurring soaps and surfactants, they've been used for washing for centuries. Throw a handful in with your laundry and enjoy the all-natural cleaning power, fully biodegradable and compostable and gentle on skin. Enough for 100 washes.

I have been using these for 3 years, and I can tell you, they are great. The nuts smell strongly, but when you wash your clothes with them, they don't leave any smell at all. It's surprisingly neutral and good for both dirty stuff and delicate clothes. On top of that, they last forever, if you want to save lots of money on detergents, these are the best option. Strongly recommended.
An amazing and naturally derived product. I, however, have found myself not following the instructions written but instead boil the soup nuts for at least half an hour. Afterwards, I mix the strained and cooled liquid with some essential oils and use it as a laundry detergent (occasionally adding some bicarbonate soda to assist in removing the tough stains). Can't complain and will definitely order once more in the future.
