Suitable for all baking, this organic white rye flour is mildly tangy in flavour. The soft, off-white ancient grain is low in gluten and is a popular grain grown throughout Central and Eastern Europe. This hardy crop can thrive in poor soils and cold conditions. The flour is Soil Association and Kosher certified.

Free from milk, peanuts, egg, soya, palm oil, GM ingredients and artificial ingredients. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

  Delivered via DPD courier, requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery next working day for orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri).
