I use the oil for salads but not for cooking although it can be used in cooking. It has a superb peppery flavour

I would recommend Zaytoun products to everyone. The extra virgin oil is of excellent quality, I have used it for some years now.

I'm a big fan of olive oil in general, but this is just about the only one that I think I can drink (in minute quantities). The taste is really quite unusual, unlike Greek or Italian, for example - warm and peppery, but not heavy at all.
So all in all a great product, but given the circumstances around its growth, harvesting, production and shipping, all the more precious and delicious.
