Have seen evidence that most of all organic things labeled and made in China especially pumpkin seeds are not really organic. In China they use lots of synthetic / chemicalsrnrnI will not ever buy anything edible from China even the FDA say they are filthy and polluted there soil is contaminated and that is just some of the bad thingsrnrnIf ethical super store do not change and make us aware if organic but from China clearly or tested on animals then I will stop buying from them and chose another company to buy fromrnIn china they must test on animals by law

These seeds are perfect as an accompaniment to dry fried halloumi with a nice salad or any squash based veggie dish. They can also be fried with a dash of tamari for a healthy snack. Would recommend to any fellow vegetarian. The quality is consistently good.
