I have been using these for years. They are the best liners - even when tested against all the usual brands found in chemists and supermarkets - and then on top of that they are proper organic, biodegradable etc etc. If I run out of these I hate whatever alternative I have to use (as they just don't work as well, wrong shape, size thickness, move etc etc). These are super thin and very comfortable. They are perfect for in between periods or during a period with tampons as long as your tampons are doing all the work (if flow is heavy you will need something more absorbent. I use the washable liners on this site for those times). These liners stick well, they cover exactly the right amount of your underwear - going right to the edges. They do not wrinkle or move or go anywhere they should not. They do not deteriorate or shred during the day. I find they will last a whole day in normal circs...or if warm, v busy etc I will use a fresh one for the evening or whatever. Don't change a thing please Natracare as I will buy these forever!

These are just what I need and live by them! Fabulous. Flexible enough to be ok comfort wise. They do the job of in between periods, on a a daily basis, when I have annoying slight leakage which prevents knicker staining. Knowing that they are ethical is great! They don't last all day but I wouldn't expect them to and so if sweaty due to exercise or heat they can come apart but still protect your knickers. You just change them everytime or every other time you go to the toilet.
I didn't find these stuck very well and prefer the Organyc panty liners.
