LoofCo Washing-Up Scraper

I bought this in order to qualify for free postage so it was a bit of an experiment but it works well as a scraper of pans. I find myself channeling my inner cave man when using what is essentially a copy of a stone age tool. Should last well.

Fantastic. you know when you leave your porridge bowl a little too long after eating and it all gets dried on? This gets it all scraped off without the need for soaking. What a time saver

I've been using mine for about 18 months and love it. It does the job well, the edge gradually softening to a brush. I keep one edge as a brush and another as a tougher scraper. If you want to make the edge more rigid again, simply trim the fibres back.

A good alternative to plastic in the kitchen. Not quite rigid enough to get the really tough stuff, but a helpful addition to my dishwashing kit.

did not expect this to be enough on it's own but was proved very wrong. I am changing from supermarket pan scrubbers which only last a week before losing effectiveness.rnrnlove this item.

Was not sure how effective or user friendly his would be but was prepared to give it a go as part of my personal campaign to “be more green”. However have to say that It works remarkably well. And as it doesn’t just scrape of the stuck food but you can continue to use it to actually clean the pan itself and so don’t have to change from the scraper to a sponge it is easier to than I had expected. Even my husband - who is a real cynic when it comes to “natural” washing up aids - is a convert. So overall a success and will buy again when this one falls to bits!

Really want this to work better than it does simply because its such a simple idea and far more environmentally friendly than standard scratchies. It's pretty effective on general grime on pots and pans, but anything too baked on or hardened and it's not effective at all. Tbh, I find my washing loofah pad more effective

Only had to use a couple of times so far. Useful when wash pad is not enough. Removed dirt well and I think it will last a while.

Works so well. Was dubious about it at first but now I’m going to buy some as gifts

A good natural product

Very good for scraping little bits of food off dishes when washing up. Unfortunately it does not match a conventional scourer for the hard-to-reach or really resistant burned-on bits, in that it takes longer and needs persistence. But using coconut shell is a brilliant idea.

Good for fresh food. Was hoping it would work on previous burnt on food but no. Nonetheless this is great for removing tough stuff and such a nice alternative to a metal/ wire scourer

Wonderful product! Far better than expected! Easily removed dried on food that had been hardened by dishwasher. Very comfortable in the hand compared to standard scourer type products. Highly recommend this.

Does the job and is biodegradable.

Definitely more effective at removing burnt-on-food, doesn't scratch and sustainably sourced - perfect. Now an essential item on my Scout Campsite kitchen (burnt-on-food a given!)

Not as good as I thought it would be!

Takes a bit of elbow grease, but satisfyingly gets rid of baked on bits.
