This is an excellent staple for good digestion and balanced omega's. Use it in smoothies, porridge, sprinkle with fruit and yoghourt.....a daily in our house!

Didn't realise these were crushed up as I didn't read it properly and was in a rush but they worked out really good! I put these in my soups, brothes, on my sanwiches in my pancakes and omelettes.. Very versatile! An easy way to get your omegas, sme iron and a boost of protein!
