Beetroot juice lowers blood pressure according to scientists, so I drink 250ml of your beetroot juice each evening. My doctor just can't believe it, as I refused to take blood pressure tablets. Your price for the juice is cheaper than anyone else.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Ethical Superstore and buy all my "health food store" goods on here. However the last delivery I received arrived with loads of bubble wrap which is useless to me and un-recycleable. Please ensure you send me the shredded cardboard packing material next time instead. i monitored my blood pressure last week as the surgery reading was high. i started the week with 500mls a day then in the middle of the week went for 24 hrs without i was amazed from 120/90 it went up to 154/100 coincidence i dont think so

I recently bought 6 bottles of the James White Organic 'Beet It' Beetroot Juice to help keep my blood pressure down, and I have found it to be excellent value, cheaper than I can get it elsewhere. Q: I would be grateful for information on how to take Beetroot Juice. Is it to be diluted with water & by how much & how many times per day do you take it & is it before meals etc. Many thanks
A: The recommended daily amount is 500ml, undiluted. Before meals is recommended. Hope this helps. Thomas

A: An independent study showed that drinking beetroot juice boosts stamina, and could help people exercise for up to 16% longer. This study focused on eight men aged 19-38, who were given 500ml per day of organic beetroot juice for six consecutive days before completing a series of tests, involving cycling on an exercise bike.
