Lovely no caffeine chai. I used to have it with a little cow's milk, I now use soy milk - both work well. I take an iron supplement first thing, so great to have a tasty cup of tea in the mornings which minimally impacts iron absorption

The flavour is rich but not overpowering, I drink it when I need to go to sleep early, very tasty.

The whole house really loves this tea. We normally drink plain rooibos but this one has a nicely spicy flavour!

This is absolutely the best and healthiest tea I have ever drunk. I am in my 80th year and have tried many different teas during this time.rnI have beaten cancer with the help of this tea. I add a spoonful of Manuka honey to my first cup of the day. I am now totally drug free, fit and healthy.
