I make my own bread as am intolerant to a lot of additives. The recipe on the packet is foolproof - well I can vouch for that!Not a faff, easy to mix and leave while going off to do other things. Then fresh bread for dinner. The smell fills the house.

Have had no problems when using in my bread making. It is just so nice to be know your loaf has no additives. I use with Bioreal organic dried yeast which unfortunately Ethical Superstore doesn't sell. Hopefully it could in the future.
