Love nettle tea. Full of essential vitamins and minerals, nice mild taste - less challenging that fresh / dried ones from the garden for nettle tea beginners! Use a strong infusion as part of the stock in soups / stews / anything you fancy!

Buying in a case made these more reasonably priced. Nettle Tea is quite tasty and is great for the stomach.

I love nettle tea and this brand is one of my favourites. Nettle can be really quite strong when made fresh so it's nice to have this dried, milder flavour. It has a neutral, subtle taste but even so, it's not something I can gulp down quickly so at least I get to enjoy each cup slowly. I have it plain with hot water but you can make it like regular tea, and I find it boosts soups as well if I add a couple of tea bags to a pot.

Q: are stems and leaves used to make nettle herb tea bags and is the stinging nettle plant used

A: Hi, it's just the leaves that make up this nettle tea, and yes, it is the stinging nettle that's used. Robyn.
