It is recommended to use one tea spoon per full bowl of wash, but I noticed, that it takes much less. Current bottle lasts me for 2 months already, but it's still only half emtpy (2 people household, cooking really often). Gets rid of oil better, than some well promoted washing liquids and harms nature much less.rnGreat product, like all Bio line!
