Seitan is an incredible meat substitute made predominantly from wheat that offers a very similar texture to meat when cooked. This seitan is marinated in a jar of rich tamari, with a similar taste to soy sauce that makes this seitan perfect for stir fry, ramen broths, chow mein and much more. Any beef dish can be replaced with seitan to turn it into a vegetarian/vegan delight. All seitan in this jar is completely organic and free from nuts.

Bought as an experiment. I made Mongolian 'beef' with it and it was really simple and quite delicious. Seems a bit pricey, but not compared to meat and better for everyone!
