Grown under organic conditions in Crete, the olives used in this Organic Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil are treated with care throughout the year with no chemicals or pesticides used on the trees or surrounding land. Undergoing the first cold pressing, this fresh olive oil is left unfiltered for a richer, more intense flavour and is great for cooking, drizzling over salads or for dipping bread into!
Obtained directly from olives, solely by mechanical means.
Made in Crete, Greece.

This is a nice mild olive oil. I would say suitable for general use. Considering it say's it's unfiltered I haven't noticed any sediment collecting at the bottom of the bottle.
