Terranova Full Spectrum vegan Multivitamin Complex is a comprehensive mineral and vitamin formula made from natural ingredients, containing unmodified superfoods and botanicals to maintain good health. This full-spectrum multivitamin complex is based on vitamin-rich super foods, and like all Terranova supplements, is a synergistic formula to optimise benefits to the body. This product contains (alongside many other botanical extracts): spirulina, green barley grass, stabilised rice bran (SRB), sea buckthorn berry/leaf (fresh freeze dried), blackberry fruit (fresh freeze dried) and watercress (fresh freeze dried).
