To be used in the preparation of Kutia - for Ukrainian Sviat Vechir (Christmas Eve meal).
Rating based on previous years because the meal is on 6th January.
We used to cook this 1/2 and 1/2 with long grain brown rice, to make a lovely, chewy side dish, but now I'm not to good with wheat, I buy it to make wheat heat bags, to help with aches and pains. It is excellent for this, and the kitchen smells all sweet and porridgey when it's heating in the microwave!

A high quality product which is very nutritious and here's the bonus - it tastes really good. I regularly give it to the children in their school lunch boxes.
I would recommend it to anyone as a staple part of their diet.

Q: Hi, can you tell me if this seed has been treated, or would I be able to sprout it?
A: The wheatgrain has not been treated and is suitable for sprouting.

Q: how long does this keep
A: When kept in a suitable, air tight container, the wheatgrain should last for at least 12 months.

Q: What type of wheat is it? i.e. winter red, hard, soft, durum ???
