This plant-based chilli mayo from Rubies in the Rubble is made with surplus aquafaba to fight food waste as deliciously as possible. Aquafaba is rich in protein and a great vegan alternative to eggs, the perfect ingredient for this plant based mayo, blended with spices to give it a little kick.

The surplus ingredient in this mayo is Aquafaba. Rubies in the Rubble work in partnership with a hummus manufacturer in Cardiff to collect up all of the leftover water from their cooked chickpeas.

Free from gluten, palm oil, GMOs artificial preservatives, artificial colours, and artificial flavours. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
