Product Description

A rich, traditional Christmas pudding packed full of fruit and made with organic ingredients. The organic raisins, currants and sultanas are soaked in cognac and ale before being mixed with Caribbean cane sugar, fresh organic eggs, grated organic carrots and apples, lemon juice, orange juice and zesty spices. The Christmas pudding has been recommended by Good Housekeeping two years running and one of the best Christmas Puddings by the Independent.
