Ricola herbal sweets have been bringing us a true taste of nature for years. Still using the blend of thirteen herbs from the original Swiss recipe, these natural sweets have a mouthwatering taste. The original herbal sweets have a distinctive cube shape and the secret blend of burnet, elder blossom, speedwell, peppermint, sage, marshmallow, thyme, lady’s mantle, horehound, plantain, cowslip, yarrow and mallow – all cultivated using organic farming methods without any chemical pesticides in the Swiss mountains.

My husband and I both use Ricola products for sore throats, colds and coughs. We preferred them in the packs we used to be able to buy (not from you) in which they were wrapped square lozenges packed like Spangles. I don't know if these are still available. My local health food store sells the same packs as you and the small boxes containing unwrapped lozenges.

Ricola’s roots run deep in Laufen, North-West Switzerland, it has been their home for a long time. Felix Richterich (Chairman of the Board of Directors) represents the third generation to run the family company which was founded in 1930.
Emil Richterich spent much of his time researching the healing properties of herbs and experimenting with his own mixtures. The breakthrough came in 1940 with the invention of the blend of 13 herbs.
