A very nice pasta sauce, mild to medium spicy (for me, it's close to my tolerance level). The bits of seitan are minuscule, but not enough to deduct a full star I think. I've added larger pieces of vegan "meat" to the sauce when heating up and it's been great! I keep a few on hand for lazy lunches at home.
