Ready-to-eat toasted cereal of oats, mixed nuts and seeds, using the finest organic ingredients and sweetened with Agave syrup, nature's lowest glycaemic sugar. Filled with slow-release energy to keep you going until lunchtime.
Free from dairy, hydrogenated oils, GMO ingredients, palm oil, artificial flavours, artificial colours or artificial preservatives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Produced in the UK. Packaged in a resealable foil and plastic bag.

wholegrain oat flakes (57%), desiccated coconut, nuts (8%) [cashew nut pieces, almond pieces, hazelnut pieces, pistachio nuts], agave syrup, seeds (6%) [pumpkin, golden linseeds, sunflower], rapeseed oil, concentrated apple juice, black treacle.The oats used in this produce are natural field oats and may contain traces of gluten from other ceral crops. The factory where this product is made also handles peanuts and other nuts. Whilst every effort is made to prevent cross contamination, trace amounts of these allergens may be present in this product.Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal bag after use.
