Good quality and fair priced milled flaxseed. We use it as an egg replacement in baking as suggested in many recipes online as we have a lot of allergies in our house.
Great as an egg replacement in baking. I've also started adding some to overnight oats - a great way to add more nutrients without grittiness
I’ve started using a couple of spoonfuls of this in my muesli in the mornings and it’s a great addition. It has a nutty sort of flavour and good texture.
