Sorry, but I very rarely recommend products to friends - I am an old lady and, therefore, many of my friends are "Seniors" too. They know what they like. To review this delightful drink - I have 1 cup of cocoa & 1 cup of decaff coffee a day and use cold drinks the rest of the time, this tea has a special flavour and I enjoy it very much.
