Light and crunchy organic bean and rice cakes from IBIS, slightly salted with Kep sea salt. With a delicious mild nutty flavour from IBIS award winning brown jasmine rice combined with the red black-eyed bean puffed within, adding a delicious popcorn note and making this high in fibre and a great source of protein.
IBIS works closely with farmers in Cambodia to empower rural communities whilst preserving vulnerable ecosystems and conserving wildlife.
Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soya, palm oil, GM ingredients, artificial preservatives, artificial flavours, and artificial colours. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

About IBIS
IBIS Rice was founded by the Wildlife Conservation Society to save the critically endangered giant ibis, Cambodia’s national bird - believed to have been extinct for almost 50 years until a camera trap captured a photo of one in 2000. IBIS is committed to wildlife-friendly farming resulting in reducing local deforestation by 75%. They also pay farmers 70% above market value for their rice which supports local communities.
