Dmitri Oosterlynck created Gimber in his own kitchen in 2017 while searching for the perfect piquant alcohol-free blend of  spices. His friends were the first to spot the potential of the drink - strangers soon began taking an interest, and before long a business was born. Gimber is a versatile drink, enjoyable hot or cold, mixed with other drinks or on its own.
