Foods of Athenry make their own mince pie filling which is packed with dried fruits, nuts and a generous glug of brandy. Encase this in sweet, crumbly gluten free pastry, top with a pastry star, and you have a deliciously indulgent mince pie. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
