The Anchovy fillets in Organic oil are sustainably fished south of Sicily, towards the foot of Italy and down to Tunisia, purse seine nets are used on dense schools of anchovy by small local boats. Fish4Ever believe in sustainability for land sea and people, only work with local boats, campaign actively for sustainable seas, better management and against illegal fishing. They always promote and prefer small-scale local fishing because we believe in fairtrade smaller boats deserve a fair share of the catch.
