A rich, savoury sauce produced in Japan through a slow ageing fermentation process. This wheat free sauce is suitable for those with a wheat intolerance. Primarily used as a seasoning sauce or can be added when cooking in place of salt. Tamari is a brilliant seasoning for stir fries, soups, or a range of vegetarian dishes.
