They're proud of their certifications from the Soil Association and Fairtrade International, not to mention the Control Union Certifications and the various other quality management systems.
The teas and ingredients come from small farmers in limited quantities and grown without chemical fertilisers or pesticides. At their factory in Sri Lanka they even have in-house training programmes to elevate the lives of their employees.

• Express Delivery - £7.95 (Only available for UK delivery)
  Delivered via DPD courier, requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery next working day for orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri). This method will require a signature, please ensure somebody will be available to sign. You will also receive tracking alerts via SMS/email from DPD to keep you updated on your delivery.
