I'm working my way through gluten free pastas to find a favourite. Generally they're all fine, and I can substitute for wheat pasta and my family are quite happy. This would be my least favourite so far - they're a wee bit grainy, and get a bit soggy if you reheat last night's pasta for lunch. Not terrible by any stretch, but other brands hold up a bit better.
