I'm working my way through gluten free pastas to find a favourite. Generally they're all fine, and I can substitute for wheat pasta and my family are quite happy. This would be my least favourite so far - they're a wee bit grainy, and get a bit soggy if you reheat last night's pasta for lunch. Not terrible by any stretch, but other brands hold up a bit better.

Bought this to try gluten free. It swells more than ordinary pasta so don't need as much, there is a slight difference in taste but nothing to complain about. Doesn't bloat like ordinary pasta. Nice, yummy.

Wheat free alternative and really tasty. In fact I think its better that wheat pasta...which is great because I can't have wheat anymore! Would recommend.
