Hearts of palm are great to work into other meals and snacks; bringing a delicious, nutty taste with a slight creamy texture. They’re similar in taste to artichokes and work well as a pizza topping, cooked with smoked salmon, grilled alongside some meat or fish or simply in a bowl with a touch of vinaigrette dressing.
