A refreshing and distinctive infusion with cinnamon, chamomile, valerian and other natural herbs enhanced with natural orange flavouring - natural herbal ingredients that can help promote and maintain healthy sleep in conjunction with a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
These teabags are plastic free, made from a natural plant based material of abaca (type of banana) plant cellulose fibres and PLA from non-GM plant material.
Ingredients
Cinnamon*, Chamomile* (25%), Rooibos*, Lemon Balm* (5%), Valerian root* (5%), Natural Orange Flavouring with other Natural Flavourings (5%).

I prefer this one to other bedtime/nighttime tea blends as this doesn't contain lavender which makes me sneeze. Good taste!

Q: Why is it you cannot get Sleep Easy in Tesco? They say it iss not being made any more.
A: I can assure you that Sleep Easy is still available. We have no idea why Tesco have stopped stocking it.
