Made with whole soya beans, this Clearspring unpasteurised hatcho miso paste is your passport to the world of Japanese cooking. So many traditional Japanese dishes use miso in some way that you’ll be spoilt for choice. Miso also goes into making sauces, vegetable soups, stews and can even be used as a substitute for salt. You’ll be able to make tons of vegan-friendly dishes with this paste, with wholly organic ingredients too that earn this paste official certification from the Soil Association.
This unpasteurised Hatcho Miso contains twice as much protein as any other type of miso, and is matured for 36 months in cedar wood kegs.
