Clearspring Tamari Soya Sauce is made from a 500-year-old traditional Japanese recipe, with double the soy beans per bottle for a stronger, richer flavour. Just a touch will liven up salad, sushi and sashimi, or lend a fuller flavour to stir fries and marinades. Free from dairy, egg, lactose and gluten. Organic and vegan-friendly.

Soy sauces are as distinct and refined as wines and this is definitely one of the nicest I have tried. It has a very nice rich taste with a fantastic flavor. This is ideal for dipping sushi as it brings out the best in the fish. As a great bonus because it is brewed in the traditional Tamari style it is gluten free. All of the gluten free brand varieties I have tried taste awful so this is a great change. This is also one of the few organic varieties so I cannot recommend this highly enough.
