Product Description
Miso is a part of many Japanese people’s daily routine; used to make stews, ramen broths, gravies, spreads and miso soup – an incredibly popular breakfast and comfort food. Many of the dishes miso goes with are completely vegan friendly and highly nutritious. You can even use it to complement noodles, salads, tofu and lots of other meat alternatives. This miso from Clearspring is delicious and easy to cook with; helping you make tasty traditional Japanese dishes with ease.
This unpasteurised Barley Miso is matured for at least 12 months in cedarwood kegs. Ideal for general use, it has a lighter flavour than hatcho miso.

Lovely flavour. I use this instead of cup a soups - with a sprinkle of seaweed stored in. Also good in soup, gravy etc. added at the end of cooking process.

This product is good value for money, it's a large jar, t is organic and strong tasting so use less than supermarket versions. Would definitely buy again.
