An organic, creamy bircher made with British grown wholegrain oats mixed with sweet apple, juicy sultanas, sunflower seeds, and a sprinkle of delicious Ceylon cinnamon. This delicious and versatile breakfast has been adapted from the original recipe by nutritionist Maximillian Bircher-Benner, and provides a source of beta-glucan.
Free from added sugar, GMOs, palm oil, artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
