I use these as hand wipes in the house - really like they are unscented.

I made two orders on 18.02.25, ***, and ***
Ordering was straight forward and easy. Your website was clearer than other suppliers of the same products. The second of these (*** arrived within 48 hours, well packed and clearly addressed. The contents were in good condition.
The first of these orders (***) has never arrived. You provided a photo, from the courier, of two packages on our back doorstep. I confirm that it was our back doorstep. But it was impossible to identify the sender, the seller, or the content from the photo. The time of the photo was not given. I arrive home at the same time each evening, and can state that there has never been more than one package delivered on the same day, from anyone in the last few weeks. Your second order was received, but (in spite of the photograph) your first order has never been received.
I have discussed this with your sales department, in some detail, by phone but with no solution.
I would be grateful for your views.
