I use this to make cookies in preference to vegan butter replacement as it has some goodness in it, not just fat. Also great for granola and for crumble topping. Lovely on toast with sweet or savoury spreads, sliced fruit like apple or banana or on its own.

I would recommend this product for consumers that cannot take any sugar and dairy products.
I use the product as a sweetener for my breakfast. It is a wonderful binding structure to replace the lack of yogurt in the sort of smoothie.
I had imagined this world be delicious, but I'm afraid I'm not too keen. I much prefer almond or peanut.

I adore this stuff. Not so much on its own, it's a little oily for my taste as a spread to put straight onto rice cakes (sadly I am no longer permitted toast - it may be better on that), but if you stir in margarine, agave syrup (or other syrup, e.g. maple syrup), and cocoa powder, you have an absolutely divine chocolate hazelnut spread which is completely vegan (and far better than any of the commercial ones I've tried). I've tried other nut butters in this recipe and the hazelnut butter wins hands down, both for flavour (mind you, if they'd stop putting salt in almond butter that might win) and for texture, which is suitably light and fluffy. I'm sure it has all sorts of other fabulous applications in baking.
