use this for all my vegan stock needs, don't use too much, thinking you'll need it as can be too salty when i've gone over board on it in soup recipes.

The best taste-wise and no funny ingredients. The only thing they could improve is a more eco packaging. It surely would be possible to have it in a glass jar or a compostable pouch. Their packaging is not currently recyclable

A good stock powder which is vegan. Good flavour and without hydrolysed soy protein that some brands might contain if you are health conscious.
I use it as soup and broth stock, added flavouring in curries and qith quorn products and sometimes even a little sprinkled on buttered toast with powdered garlic!
