This is a very tasty, very quick setting jelly. On Christmas Day last year, I realised, mid afternoon, that we had two friends coming for a meal, but didn't have a pudding (daughter hates Xmas pud). I filled a Christmas tree gingerbread mould with frozen blueberries and raspberries, and some fresh kiwi and pineapple, then poured the melted jelly in. We ate it with pieces of gingerbread cottage and ice cream- DELICIOUS! Everyone said it was the nicest Xmas pud- ever!
