An absolutely brilliant product. Sets well and tastes great. All their jellies are good, though raspberry is easily the best. I wish they would release a jar, from which you could just scoop however much you needed. That would eliminate the plastic and allow me to purchase it less frequently.

The taste was good, very easy to make. I didn't like that after 2 days in the fridge the jelly started to melt. I've never had that with other brands, but who knows, maybe that means that is healthier...

I always used to buy these jelly crystals for my daughter's Birthday parties, but they're also lovely for a sore throat. I put a few raspberries in 3 or 4 flask top cups, and pour the melted jelly in. It sets very quickly, and makes quite a firm set, so add a little more water for a softer and less sweet treat.
