Like to add these to soups and stews as the peas break down with slow cooking so creates a lovely velvety texture.

I purchased when searching for a British alternative to (imported) chickpeas. For me, not quite as tasty as chickpeas, but they have a good texture and good value for a home grown, organic product from a innovative business. I think would also work well mixed with other pulses for a variety of nutrients and colours.
