It didn't feel tasty as pasta - somehow didn't have much taste - but was better as noodles in a soup

Delicious high protein pasta that can substitute for noodle or pasta dishes. Nice flavour not too overpowering and I like the slightly chewy texture. Can get soggy if you overcook so better to go under than over!

Tastey, nutritious, vegan and gf. We use it as noodles in ramen and it holds shape and texture well. Recycleable packaging.

Great product even if not you're not avoiding gluten. Much more nutritious than regular pasta, goes with pesto or red sauces really well or even used as a noodle. Very filling! This price is also quite competitive compare with other stores e.g. H&B.

I didn't find this to have much of a taste. It cooks easily, and the texture is fine, but I don't think I would buy it again.

Nice taste, good for stir fry's but quite grainy.

Simple ingredients. Perfect for gluten-free diet. Much better than other alternative flour-based pastas.
